Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Partnership Manager to join Dialogue. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and building new partnerships, as well as managing and expanding existing relationships. The Partner Manager will be a key driver for growth in the business with the chance to make a huge impact on the team and the wider business.

As Dialogue’s first Partner Manager, a successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career in a fast paced startup environment. Previous experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and expand Dialogue’s partner network through Agencies, Technology Partners and Industry Consultants.

  • Identify relevant partners that are strategically well-positioned to accelerate Dialogue’s growth

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of relationships with potential partners

  • Maximize revenues from partners by building a pipeline with each partner and

    continually motivating partners to drive business.

  • Educate partners and their teams on Dialogue’s solution

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing ongoing support and

    communication – continuously building and nurturing relationships.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform partnership opportunities and strategies

Requirements:

  • Native level English – verbal and written – Must

  • Positive attitude and high energy

  • Strong relationship-builder, initiator, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Business mindset with great commercial understanding, and ability to confidently

    negotiate and influence

  • Experience in the eCommerce or SaaS industry or sales/partnerships is a plus

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, marketing, or a related field

Extra points for a strong understanding of the eCommerce & digital marketing landscape with an existing network of eCommerce ecosystem relationships and hands-on experience helping partners achieve success
