The products’ names and description language shown in assets are the same as the store's feed.

Regardless, you can always manually change every asset-related text to any other language.

Sure, you can change the currency in the settings page.

Currently, only Gold and Premium subscribers can do so by creating custom rules via Rules tab in the editor.

Of course, you can set it in the position page .

No, our assets will show only products that are in stock.

This might be caused because your store only offers a few individual products, or the other products are out-of-stock. If this is the case, please contact our support and we'll help you find a solution.

  • Dialogue's stylish and elegant assets have a wide impact over shoppers' experience on your website. It is designed to increase engagement time, AOV and conversion rate.

    We measure our assets' impact in three different levels:

    1. Engagement - Shopper that had at least 1 interaction with Dialogue’s assets.
    2. Contributed Sales - A transaction that was made after engaging with a Dialogue asset
    3. Pure Sales - A transaction that was made after clicking on a specific product in a Dialogue asset, and then purchasing it.
