Head of Marketing

We are looking for a savvy hands-on Marketer with experience in SaaS, to build & lead our marketing efforts. This is a huge opportunity to build something from scratch and directly influence the growth and success of the company.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and brand building. You will have a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization. You will also be an excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention efforts.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, influencers, and events.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as product collateral, case studies, and customer testimonials.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation programs and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track and measure marketing performance using key metrics and analytics.
  • Build and lead a team of marketing professionals, including hiring, training, and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B technology or SaaS space.
  • A doer! Constantly looking for new ways to build the brand and grow the company.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
