Introduction

From Tel Aviv to Around the World.

In 1997, two childhood friends opened a small soap shop with a 70-year old native Australian recipe they discovered during their travels. From the Hebrew word for “soap”, SABON was born.

20 years Later – SABON is a multinational brand with 180 branches worldwide and a strong online presence.

SABON is a global brand with a unique personality and language. They offer their customers a variety of unique and exclusive fragrances that have become associated with the brand over the years. Each customer has their own product preferences, based on fragrance, product type, design, and more. The need to identify the user’s exact preferences in real time and make accurate product recommendations is critical. This allows the seller to offer the most relevant products tailored to the customers’ preferences.

The Booster™ connects with our prediction algorithm to offer relevant, interesting, and supplementary products to each user in SABON’s cart.

How does it work?

A shopper added the Jasmine Lotion to his cart.
In his Booster™ he will get complementary products from the same collection, based on his current journey, to complete the overall pampering.

Using Dialogue’s Booster™ for cross-sells on the cart page has shown an amazing 50% engagement rate, meaning 1 out of every 2 users had clicked and engaged with our Booster™. The Booster™ directly sold 2% of all website purchases.

Membership Banner™

The membership banner distinguishes between members and non-members and allows to display tailored powerful content.

Using the Membership Banner™ SABON are able to display Members’ club promotions for members only and invitations to join the members’ club for non-members.

How does it work?

Our algorithm collects data in real-time while two shoppers browse the home page. The algorithm identifies whether the user is a club member or not.

Our Membership Banner™ showed amazing results for SABON with an immediate 30% uplift in new members and an average of 10% uplift in gaining new members every month. 34% of non-members, engaged with the content presented for them on average, and 15% of non-members users purchased products offered to them at a club benefit.
